Governor Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed of Bauchi State has met with Ambassadors and key investors in Abuja to consolidate the gains of the recently concluded Bauchi Investment Summit 1.0 held in Bauchi.
The high-level meeting was aimed at reviewing the outcomes of the summit and exploring new opportunities to boost investment inflow into the state.
The session focused on charting a strategic roadmap for post-summit engagement, including follow-up actions that would enhance socio-economic development across sectors such as agriculture, solid minerals, tourism, infrastructure, and renewable energy.
Ambassadors and investors who attended the meeting commended Governor Bala Mohammed for organizing what they described as a world-class summit that effectively showcased Bauchi’s vast potential and investment-friendly environment.
They pledged their commitment to sustaining partnerships that would translate into tangible projects and job opportunities for citizens.
In his remarks, Governor Bala Mohammed expressed appreciation for the positive feedback and reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to turning the summit’s resolutions into action.
He assured that his government would continue to improve policies and infrastructure to ensure Bauchi remains a preferred destination for investors.
The Governor noted that the Bauchi Investment Summit marked the beginning of a new economic era for the state, emphasizing his vision to position Bauchi as a leading hub for investment and sustainable development in Nigeria and beyond.
