Governor Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed of Bauchi State was among top dignitaries who attended the wedding ceremony of Timothy Caleb Mutfwang, son of the Plateau State Governor, Barrister Caleb Mutfwang, and his bride, Anastasia Nanyah.
The colourful event took place at the Church of Christ in Nations, COCIN Headquarters, Jos, the Plateau State capital.
The ceremony drew high-profile guests from across the country, including Governors Umar Bago of Niger, Dauda Lawal of Zamfara, Agbu Kefas of Taraba, Ademola Adeleke of Osun, and Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri of Adamawa State, as well as the Acting National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Ambassador Umar Iliya Damagum. They joined the host governor and his family in celebrating the joyous occasion.
In his remarks, Governor Caleb Mutfwang expressed deep appreciation to his colleagues and other guests for honoring his family’s invitation.
He prayed for God’s blessings upon all who attended and reaffirmed his family’s commitment to building and sustaining bonds of friendship and support across communities.
Presiding over the ceremony, the President of COCIN, Reverend Dr. Amos Mozho, admonished the newlyweds to build their marriage on love, mutual respect, and unwavering faith in God.
He urged them to always seek divine guidance in all aspects of their union to ensure a lasting and successful marriage.
